A socially responsible system of paroles is necessary, and it very seldom results in released repeat offenders. The key to a successful system is in it being socially responsible, but Americans unfortunately don't believe in that.

The dumb k------t is just playing the odds for the Catholic voters. Maybe not so dumb after all.

What to do when Catholics invent a system for priests and nuns that is unnatural and will result in them turning to little boys and girls for sexual gratification?

Perhaps the gratification is more necessary for the good of the church, than the children's futures?

I am appalled at such ignorance. There is nothing socially responsible about releasing repeat offenders. Why ever would you think that they seldom reoffend? What would give you that idea? Most reoffend within a week of release.
