A federal appeals court has received an emergency injunction request to stop all unsolicited ballots from being sent out. IT was received on Friday and is now in the works. The complaint cites ELECTIONS SECURITY and INTEGRITY concerns and the need for voter identification before an official ballot is sent. All states have a current absentee balloting systems which uses approved security measures. It cites that no controls would have a devastating effect on this elections integrity and trust by the populace. The emergency injunction would affect all states who have slated to mail out ballots to everyone without a verified request.

I expect Democrats to begin screaming at the sky....

It's up to the States. The Reps have already turned down any federal funding assistance to help the states who have said they need a bit of help. So the States are just going to have to do it themselves. The Feds need to stay out of it as long as the states follow their own State Consitutions. And Rump needs to stop this nonsense and let it run it's normal course. He can't keep trying to steal the election.

So far, he's tried to destroy the USPS to prevent mail-in votes from being handled in a timely fashion. Along with delaying Medicines and more. He failed. And his Criminal in Charge is now facing State Election Fraud Charges over another unrelated issue. Rump brought in another criminal to run things.

Now he's trying to stop the Drop Boxes where people don't have to stand in long lines. I use drop boxes myself. I can't stand for long period of time like a lot of people can't. So instead of mailing in my ballot, I use the drop boxes. That's in at least one States Court right now.

And those are just some of the things Rump is trying to do right now to interfere in the States Election Process. He knows that the more people that vote the less likely he has to remain in power. And it's all about Power. And to combat this, there is going to be a lot of Democrat Lawyers out there because there are a lot of Rump lawyers out there already trying to screw things up for the States.

I see a change coming very quickly. Federal elections will be apart from States due to this type of election fraud..
