If they get a medical, psychology, law degree, or engineering degree. Something that will actually benefit American society then I can't say I am opposed to it.

I don't have issues with foriengers, I have issues with foriegners that don't do anything to benefit America and basically here to suck on America's tit. We have wayyyyyyy to many domestic useless turds as it is, we don't need to import more.

But yet Donald Trumps brings hotel maid, cooks and dishwashers in from Mexico every year to work at Mar-a-lago. Apparently there are no unemployed hotel maids, cooks or dishwashers he can hire in Florida.

I can understand his reasoning for offering a green card to those who get a college degree. It offers a legal path to citizenship for people who are likely to be productive contributors to the tax base. That being said, I don’t think it should be automatic. We should be able to choose who gets the offer on a case by case basis, depending on the type of degree and, perhaps, other criteria.
