Trump's admission he has put himself ahead of the public's health would ordinarily be front page news for days under normal circumstances. It's a testament to how his outrageous behavior has been normalized that it isn't.

And it underscores the danger of voters becoming numb to Trump’s endless lies.

He was making a point of absurdity by being absurd....the more you test a virus that doesn't show an illness in everyone who contracts the disease the higher number of infected you will find.....plus the tests are not 100% accurate either....my friend tested positive and had no symptoms what so ever so he went to get another test and he tested negative for anti bodies....proving the first test was false....
So the media and the libs can pull their hair out as they twist his words....again.....but what Trump said makes perfect sense.....
