How is that going to kill "10's of millions of people"? No, those anthrax and ricin attacks were low grade, and would NOT be considered a WMD. A WMD by definition is a Weapon of Mass Destruction, capable of killing thousands in one shot. Besides, weaponized anthrax is MUCH different (as well as requires industrial type places to be made) than what was sent in those envelopes. But, like I said, if you had any desire to do your research, you would see how stupid your posts have been.
