And those posters know nothing more than a female assistant district attorney was nominated to some state advisory boards by the Speaker of the California Assembly.

One need ask, I suppose, how many other women were appointed to similar boards? How many men were appointed? And are our incel posters here then going to allege that this Speaker slept with everyone of the appointees?

To boil it down to the nub: Kamilla Harris is challenging Don Trump for the office of the POTUS. Trump's cult of sycophants and Squeaky Frommes don't want anybody to challenge Don Trump on anything. Particularly a woman challenger.
