Trump's policy reversal on Cuba...and his "rationale"

Trump openly stated (before the arch conservative Cuban expatriates in Miami) that Cuba cannot be open to America's interests because:

Cuba must release all of its political prisoners
Cuba must have open and fair elections
Cuba must recognize various opposition political parties.....etc.

However, when Trump visited or met with the leadership of Turkey, Saudi Arabia or the Philippines, NO SUCH requirements were even discussed or even mentioned.

Could it be that Trump is a hypocrite? Could it be that Trump's lucrative properties in Florida want to avoid Cuban competition? Could it be that the Trumpster is an idiot catering to that 1/3 approval from his base?

If you ever wanted to play poker with a politician you couldn't pick a bigger patsy than Barry Hussein. He would probably fold with a full house. I haven't heard the name Joanne Chesimard in years and it was refreshing to hear the President demand that Cuba turns over cop-killers and other riff-raff that escaped to Cuba. Things can go back to normal and Cuba can enjoy the pleasures of dealing with a rich capitalist country if the oppressive regime that openly supports NK decides to do it our way.
