China is a threat. I'm not even sure how you can present this as some boogey man or figment of the imagination.

Yes, Japan, which was presented as a threat by many in the U.S was an exagerration. They were capitalist and innovative (also stole U.S IP and reversed engineered better than anyone else). They also had a floating currency which made Sony and Aiwafor example, expensive, but, they were superior. It was about innovation and competition. They believed in liberty for their citizens.

China is Communist. They are far worse than Russia. They are placing themselves in the global drivers seat, as shown by the expansion of their economy for 25 years. They steal from the world, they exploit, they throw their own citizens in prison, and they are BOLD. Expansion of islands, influence and destroying international norms.

This is not fear, this is reality. How do you think the citizens and governments in H.K, Taiwan, Japan, Australia view China? Do you think they deem them as a threat, or would they prefer America succeed?
