Next, a wall that is fully paid for by Mexican truckers.............................

LOL

Trump will never be President

I was pretty sure the Supreme Court would uphold the travel ban, since the lower court's reasoning was full of holes. Their argument was, basically, a President can do this, but Trump can't because he promised a Muslim ban when he was running for President. But the travel ban wasn't a Muslim ban, it was a ban on travel from certain countries that are politically unstable, and don't properly vet their outgoing travelers.

Except they didn't uphold the travel ban.

You need to ask wtf Trump has been doing since his original 180 day temporary Muslim ban was put into effect. You see he claimed it was needed to give him time to come up with better vetting.

So did Trump's team sit on their asses doing nothing the past 180 days not trying to figuring out how to vet people from seven Muslim countries including Iraq?

The clown is a liar. Does he know what temporary means? Why ban now? They've had time to figure it all out or they have allowed terrorists to come in with their vetting thumbs up theirs asses.

And husbands, wives, siblings, parents and students, and approved applicants still come in until September when the SCOTUS hears the case.

You have to be very ignorant to believe this Muslim ban has anything to do with national security,

A court loses a certain amount of prestige when it is overturned by a higher court, it's somewhat embarrassing, so judges do their best to uphold the law so they don't get reversed.

But it seems that the lower courts that blocked the travel ban didn't care about how ludicrous they looked, they blocked it because they opposed Trump and wanted to oppose him a very naked political way.

It's good that the Supreme Court upheld the notion that the President is allowed to restrict immigration, which is so uncontroversial that everyone knew it was true from the beginning. But it shouldn't have been necessary, courts should follow the law, not their own whims.

The President has the authority to do this, it doesn't matter what you think it's for, or what you want to call it.

Not after DC v. Heller; in modern times. Just political, "partisanship".

Another error. We don't rely on other countries to vet outgoing travelers. Also a Reminder it is a temporary 'travel ban' for 180 days. Why is it needed now?

He had to revise the original which gave preference to Christians seeking entry. He didn't have the authority to do that apparently.

And Hawaii has already challenged the Trump interpretation that families do not include grandparents, cousins, uncles.

The president is very limited by the courts as this Muslim-phobic Buffoon should be.

Anyone who isn't "Muslim-phobic" hasn't been paying attention.

Remember lower Manhattan? You see how there's one tower there? There used to be two.

What about, conflicts of interest. Are Muslim countries where Mr. Trump is making the most money, on his travel ban list?
