Trump's visit to Ohio gives Biden opportunity to note that Trump killed safety rules (Político analysis)

No, it couldn't have been republicans.

Then came 2017: After rail industry donors delivered more than $6 million to GOP campaigns, the Trump administration — backed by rail lobbyists and Senate Republicans — rescinded part of that rule aimed at making better braking systems widespread on the nation’s rails.

ALL the $$$, going to republicans had no effect?

Only a retard would think it didn't.
"Nothing to see here".
I guess you overlooked two things, first, the RR industry compromised Obama's original intent on ECP braking, reducing it to tank cars primarily carrying crude................by extensive lobbying and cash donations, just like they did to the republicans.
Second, RR industry was all for these reg's a long time ago, even bragging about their participation until it was evident the reg's were going to become law.

The point is the RR industry has been providing generous cash and lobbying efforts to both parties to get their way. Don't waste your time blaming Obama or Trump....(we know you can't).

In case you don't get it, RR industry generously gave the Biden campaign big donations.
So did the railway workers.

So who did your boy Biden side with when he imposed a contract on the railway workers recently??

Trump's deregulatory actions are coming back to haunt him, as explained in this great Político analysis today:

Trump’s administration withdrew an Obama-era proposal to require faster brakes on trains carrying highly flammable materials, ended regular rail safety audits of railroads, and mothballed a pending rule requiring freight trains to have at least two crew members. He also placed a veteran of the chemical industry in charge of the Environmental Protection Agency’s chemical safety office, where she made industry-friendly changes to how the agency studied health risks.
So, why didn’t xiden’s change it?

Not according to this.

And less than 2016.

I don't know, hard to tell.

December 2 2022
After his administration aided in negotiations for months, and the sides reached a tentative agreement in September, talks ultimately stalled and rail workers threatened a strike. Biden then asked Congress to intervene, and the Senate passed a bill Thursday making a strike illegal.

Congress has the authority to regulate interstate commerce under Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, and the Supreme Court has ruled it can use that authority to intervene in disputes by rail labor that have the potential to affect trade across state lines. A nearly century-old law, the Railway Labor Act of 1926, gives the president the authority to intervene as well in situations where a rail strike could significantly affect essential transportation. The act has been invoked 18 times since it was signed into law.

Trump's visit to Ohio gives Biden opportunity to note that Trump killed safety rules (Político analysis)

Bidet has had two years to reimplement and even strengthen those rules. Try again.

There are 1,700 derailments in the U.S. every year! Many could either be prevented or their seriousness lessened with electrical breaking AND monitoring systems (almost always installed TOGETHER).

The Trump rollbacks on brake safety regulations — and many other “profit-taking” rollbacks introduced earlier under Democratic Administrations — should be reversed ASAP by the Biden Administration!

Also, the whole system of “stock options” payment for management coupled with stock buybacks on this and other railroads should be abolished! This is what also led to new Boeing jet safety and design failures of a few years ago.

So why didn’t xiden’s team fix it?

No one will ever know how much the grifter pocketed.
You trying to tell us, after all these exhaustive investigations, into everything Trump, the left and DOJ couldn't find any proof 'The Grifter' pocketed any money?
