Babbit's lawyer can't file the suit until October... Some law in place for Capitol police or any capitol worker, when the fed govt. are notified of a grievance or lawsuit.... Congress has 6 months to do internal investigation, before suit can be filed.... Or something of the sort...

It isn't injected in a medical setting without extensive monitoring of the patient's vitals.
