The United States has started preparing for a new pandemic by searching for virus mutations, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, said.
Kirillov said that in July, Washington established the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy.

"Thus, the United States, as in 2019, began to prepare for a new pandemic by carrying out a search for virus mutations," he stated.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry warned that the experiments of the US military with mosquitoes will lead to the creation of artificial foci of epidemics.

Somehow we can't seem to make enough munitions for Ukraine to fire off in a week of artillery but we got thousands of rounds of biological munitions?

And the last time we actually had any "chemical weapons " the kind our government had was things that were non-lethal. Debilitating temporarily but still classified as chemical weapons.

The puzzling thing has been why it has taken so long to come out and why Moscow did not start to release this huge info at least a year ago . The more than 30 US bio labs in Ukraine was a main reason for the SMO . I am only surprised that no publicity has come out yet about Georgia because the news is worse with no nationals ever allowed into the labs —- US only .
