Everybody lives in a home ... so everyone should have a basic understanding of what goes into a home ... if for no other reason, so you don't get ripped off blind by contractors ...

Should be taught in high school along with gun safety ... and auto mechanics ... these are things we use everyday ... we should be more familiar with them ...
