LONDON: Ecuador on Monday ruled out any change in its position on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, saying the reasons for which he was granted asylum were still relevant.
Assange has been stranded at Ecuador's embassy in London since he was granted asylum in 2012. But Britain had since refused to give him safe passage to travel to the South American country.
