No one ever got elected by cutting someone's favorite program. The question is, why won't Trump do this? Why won't the Republicans do this when they are in power and have the opportunity???Then cut spending. Are tax cuts sustainable when also drastically increasing debt?Aren't tax cuts and reducing regulations "conservative principles?"Yet, Trump has cut regulations by one third, and you hate him.Unlike pompous Internet douchebags, government creates rich people and corporations, so it's hard to imagine reasonable people viewing public regulation of wealthy interests as an abuse.Government should control rich people and corporations.Government should control everything? That seems like a really bad idea.
Again, that's your opinion. Other people think it should control pompous douchebags on the internet.
Both are an abuse of government power.

Government doesn't create rich people or corporations. That's idiotic. But it does "regulate" them, and many of those rich people and corporations have learned that manipulating regulations is very effective way of protecting their wealth. Which is why, every time you morons pass more "regulation", they smile and bend it their way, further entrenching their power and control. Yet you remain convinced that MORE regulation is the answer.
You're convinced that everything will be better if government controls it. I think that's utterly insane.
You don't get it. I have no idea what Trump has "accomplished" or what he claims he's going to do next. It's irrelevant. He's a proven liar and a troll. I don't WANT him on my side. He's dragging conservative principles into the sewer and creating an entire generation of passionate socialists that will bury us because they see his disgusting persona is the face of conservatism. He's destroying everything you pretend to care about and you don't even see it.
I have no problem with Trump's persona. Whenever the TDS morons start howling, I know Trump is doing what I want him to do. The only way you can get the respect of douchebags is by becoming a douchebag yourself.
Republicans used to understand this. They used to argue for a balanced budget amendment that would really bring the issue home. But it's far easier to just pass phony tax cuts and pretend it's all good. Idiot voters fall for it - and here we are.
I'm talking about after they were elected. For a couple of years, Republicans controlled the White House and both sides Congress. Yet spending increased. Trump and the Republicans are not conservatives. You're voting for the wrong team.
