90% Of June Job Gains Went To Workers 55 And Older | Zero Hedge
55 year olds should be retiring? What is this....Greece?
I wanted to get a better look at this ZeroHedge twaddle, but the site is a honeytrap for rubes and bristling with scripts...
So I'll have to go to BLS....once my box is released from the endless tangle of bullshit running on that site....
The age cohort is 55 to 69, bub.
You Prog Loons keep saying that the reason the Labor Force Participation Rate is declining is due to Boomer Retirement. Well, Boomers are increasing their LFPR while young people are leaving the workforce. It's sad, and it doesn't bode well for the future of the country.
To qualify for full SS bennies you must now be 67, bub...
That means that more than 80% of the years in your cohort are short of that threshold.
