Problem is the largest money looser is letter delivery to every house in US, this Constitutionally mandated..
So the the have to have offices in every locality so why not make some money back?
The USPS primarily loses money because of a particular pension set up that NO OTHER ENTITY in the world uses and they do so because Republicans mandated it
