Vindman Court Marshal?

If he followed military protocol, was to not be a lib political hack he wouldn't have had to tell anything at all, not truth or fabrications. Military is adamant on that. He will see court marshal.
I pray this is so. There has to be a price for lying about the president and trying to reverse elections here.

Obama purged our military and put lots of lackeys in key politicized positions.
Like Alexander Vindman. Let's take out the trash.

Being called to testify is one thing, volunteering info and being a source for the whistle blower is apples and oranges.

Your service and loyalty belongs to your country not a man. I know that is a hard pill for Trump Humpers to swallow.
It belongs to us both, swallow that.

No it doesn't, read the oath you take when you raise your right hand. Swallow that.

Not likely. Article 32 investigation would bring out that he heard information, he thought was of a criminal nature and was reporting, under good conscience. He'll be fine.

There is MUCH more of this and worse in Vindmans career, far deeper than what you have seen. Do some research on his past actions, on what his superiors and peers have to say about him. Even his brother is "no longer serving" doesn't say retired.
Not the type of political hit, UCMJ and the JAG like to get involved in. Your best bet is through civilian courts. Lots of politically strident lawyers, even on this board. What is it? You guys can get judges, but on DAs? So he squealed on your boy. Get over it. The Senate trial is in the bag and was before it started. Stay off the right wing conspiracy sites and try to be happy.

His actions are criminal. Which means a well deserved Court Martial wouldn't be political.

Apparently Superbadbrutha has forgot or possibly never knew what CiC stands for...

Lt. Col. Vindman Facing Calls to Be Court Martialed

Despite U.S. whistleblower protections and warnings against reprisals, a former Trump and Bush administration advisor believes Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman must be "court martialed" for speaking out against the president and violating his chain of command.

Christian Whiton tweeted Saturday:

"To protect the military from being seen as political, Vindman must be court martialed for speaking contemptuously of the President and violating the chain of command. The law isn't optional just because an officer hates his commander in chief."
Whiton is not the first one to call for Vindman answering to his violation of chain of command when he facilitated the whistleblower's complaint against President Donald Trump and subsequently testifying against the president in the House impeachment inquiry.

The Federalist co-founder Sean Davis tweeted in November:

"Vindman was insubordinate, ignored chain of command, leaked, and lied to Congress about not knowing who the whistleblower is, when he clearly knows because he was the whistleblower's primary source.
"He deserves to be court-martialied under the UCMJ."

Even one of the Senate jurors took to Twitter this week to call out Vindman as a "political activist." Citing his commanding officer, Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., tweeted:

"Vindman's commanding officer, Army Lt. Col. Jim Hickman: 'Do not let the uniform fool you. He is a political activist in uniform.'"
Blackburn then spoke out against Vindman to Fox News' "The Ingraham Angle":

"You look at what his commanders, Vindman's commanders, have said, and he has a problem with judgment," Blackburn told host Laura Ingraham this week. "That had been pointed out. He had one commander that said he is a political activist in uniform. He has had problems with going outside of his chain of command, which is exactly what he did here.

"And I talk to a lot of military members on a regular basis. They have a real problem with some of the things and the manner in which he conducted himself in this matter."

That would turn the military into a political tool. Congress has oversight power and Col Vindman's testimony was quite proper. He did not lie to Congress and there are absolutely no grounds for a court-martial. Col Vindman is more of a American than Trump is. Trump was too busy and too cowardly to serve in the military. Col Vindman put his life on the line for this country.

Whitson is a traitor and he needs to be jailed. Blackburn is a bitch who uses the same bleach that Coulter uses in her hair. It softens the brain. Tennessee is fully hillbilly country. Blackburn is also a lying little weasel. Those soldiers are the ones being political and they should be court-martialed.

Should be court martialed for leaking privileged info to people with no need to know...A clear violation of the UCMJ.

Congress has a need to know. He was required to answer their questions.

He testified to congress that he told people outside of congress.

Not up on current events, are ya?

He ha
Vindman needs to realize that the coup against America has failed. Arrest him, and leave him alone in a cell with a handgun and see if he had the honor to do the right thing and blow him own brains out.

He has no honor. No guts, no balls. Cept one could consider that fat head a ball.

That describes Trump perfectly. Trump has no brains to blow out..

If the CIC ordered you to gun down 60 unarmed 60 civilians whom he claims are enemies, do you have to obey those orders?
What an asinine hypothetical! Vindman himself said he had policy disagreements with Trump. No one was asked to kill or
take anyone's life.
Vindman ran to Schiff who steered him to DNC lawyers who then spun the story as an impeachable offense, which it is not.
He's not a whistleblower as his actions show. He has always been a political operative.

He deserves court martial and loss of rank, pension and position.

His oath is to the Constitution, it includes being honest when being questioned under oath, and to answering congressional subpoenas.
Y'all belong in the Soviet union, and please take your propaganda media With you, when you return to your motherland.... :)
While I will defend any 11B, Vindman did break the law releasing classified and/or PI information.

He should pay for that. That sort of thing cannot be tolerated. as it will cause the deaths of many brave soldiers eventually.

the Whistleblower law in this case does not cover the President anyway.

I dont know why people continue to ignore that.
