Though both men sport an evil but placid patina to their complexion, Vlad still has hints of humanity around his eyes and believes in making Russia strong for Russia's sake. And yes, he seems to enjoy torturing people and sending our boys and girls over to have their limbs blown off to secure more cash for himself and his cronies. Zero consideration for what's best for the US as a whole. What Iraq has done to make us look like hypocrites when our strength is ACTUALLY needed abroad is the the real damage Cheney has done not just to America but to her European allies and other. One guy. Just this one frickin guy and his entourage.

Wonder what his conviction and incarceration would do to restore our standing in the world and America's strength and popularity again? After all, this tussle with Vlad is all about America either looking bad or looking good in the eyes of her allies and others. Wonder what type of creative solution we could come up with?
