Voting Machines SEIZED, Fraud Suspected

All hell is breaking loose in Pennsylvania...... :uhoh3:

Republicans are investigating a number of purported Election Day irregularities including problems with the machines, voters being told to go to the wrong polling places, and Republican attorneys being barred from overseeing the counting of absentee ballots in Allegheny County.

In a letter to Allan Opsitnick, the solicitor for the county’s election division, attorney Kathleen Gallagher wrote that the county had violated the state Election code by preventing attorney Russell Giancola to monitor the vote computation. Mr. Giancola was eventually allowed to oversee the process, the letter said, but “the delay deprived the [Saccone] campaign of the right to have counsel present during the computation reporting process.”

Let's make sure that it's not just Republicans getting their paws on those machines, eh?

Oh yeah. They just waltz in “ I’m from the gop! Give me those ballots !!!” Go screw you poor sport crybabies .

Why did counsel need to be present to oversee an election and not the election division staff?

Republicans are like the guy in a fight that just got his ass kicked and is stumbling around in a bloodied daze "where'd he go, I didn't lose I was just sitting down for a moment"

"On your face? Yeah just lie down on the ground their tough guy and sleep it off"

But the idiots can't, they revel in their own misery and search every mm for a chance to cheat.

So, they complaining they weren't allowed to oversee the counting process, but hadn't actually asked until shortly before they actually wanted to go.

So the delay is their fault.

Then they were actually allowed to oversee (shock horror) but complained they didn't have enough time (because they didn't ask to be allowed to be there until very shortly before) and then complain that this meant they couldn't have counsel there.

Well, maybe ask earlier....

If a person goes to the wrong polling station, then has to go to another one, it's annoying and it shouldn't happen, but it doesn't stop people voting.

The voting machines are voting machines and there are always problems with them.

So... what do the Republicans have?

They have "boohoo" and "we lost" and "it's our seat, we can't lose it" and nothing else.

But, this is why the US needs Proportional Representation. There would be more than two parties and oversight of an election would be a lot more transparent.

I believe we merely need better management. How many entire departments are available to Congress to make things happen in a more cost effective manner?

This is important, no matter the outcome or whether there was nefarious actions or not. You have to keep a eagles eye on this stuff and if there are abuses, there needs to be charges of treason. This is the absolute foundation of democratic processes, free and legitimate elections.

Dummy you clearly don’t even understand what “treason” means

If someone deliberately manipulated an election or altered the outcome, it is treason. You have denied your citizens the basic right of choosing their leader.

You could set the stage for someone to become president a decade later, who is undeserving, while getting rid of someone who earned his position based on a poll of his peers. There is National harm done, an inferior person is placed in a role that their countrymen didn't want.

Republicans crying foul over an election result is as predictable as the sunrise

Well, if there was something amiss, you don't think it should be addressed?

The result was razor thin and the circumstances apparently unusual. Of course it must be investigated.

Way to waste valuable resources & time on a seat that will be abolished in 2 months.

Dumb

It's a good seat until November when the district disappears.
The GOP already holds a majority so what do we gain by wasting resources on this fight? One more vote makes little if any difference between now and then.

It still makes sense from the perspective of party strategy, if the republicans calling for investigation are genuinely convinced that there was voter fraud by the democrats. If they actually manage to prove said fraud took place at the hands of the democrat party, not only will it make the republicans' only competing party look horribly corrupt on a midterm year, but it'll also take a lot of wind out of the sails of the Russia narrative.

`
Let them investigate. If the machines were tampered with, this is going turn into one hell of a national issue then
