Developers get what they want and the local government gets what it wants. I personally see it as another corporate subsidy hidden as something other than a corporate subsidy. Part of the deal is those price-controlled apartments can be smaller than would normally allowed. I personally wouldn't want to live in one of those shoebox sized apartments but whatever.It’s social engineering at taxpayer expense. It will fail.
