Not unless they intended to bring back prohibition as well. Besides its a Rep controlled congress now. They want less government not more.

Congress absolutely should, unless they intend to reschedule the plant the same as tobacco or alcohol. Cannabis remains a Schedule I substance under federal law as of 2014. That needs to change, or else they are being hypocrites, intentionally creating a prison industrial complex, while allowing localities to legalize the very product that fills up prisons.

It's a racket.
