Well well well.

Passenger in van said Freddie Grey was trying to harm himself.

This prisoner was picked up on the third stop....last stop before headquarters. ...and during that final leg of the trip...he says Grey was thrashing around and slamming himself into the vans metal siding. Says...well...he was trying to hurt himself.

GUESS WHY???? Grey just settled a lawsuit from a wreck.

My guess? He wanted to be hurt...to file a lawsuit vs BPD. So he was purposely trying to bust himself up to claim abuse.

Well.folks...as usual....truth emerging. Shame on the media and Democrats.

Yeah, just another jigaboo who committed suicide. Nothing to see here...

Not suicide. Suicide is intended death.

Gray was either just mentally insane...or...he wanted to get hurt so he'd have ANOTHER lawsuit to settle and get paid for.

But truth is...cops are guilty of nothing more than a minor policy of seatbelt use.

They're not getting charged. Baltimore. ..and many areas...will burn.

I'm not a doctor but I don't think just banging your head will equal snapping your neck more like getting yourself a concession

Unless you're a crack user...which weakens bones. And his rap sheet shows...he was.

So then why didn't police pull over and put more restraints on him if he was hurting himself?

It won't matter to the black community. Facts seem to be irrelevant to the black community. You still see people saying "hands up, don't shoot", despite the fact that it was proven that Brown never surrendured. Showing these people the truth will accomplish nothing at all. If you don't believe me, just watch and see for yourself. Not one person will change their position after this gets out.

The police are responsible for the safety of ANYONE in their custody. End of story.

...because who gives a fuck if some low life drug dealer wants to hurt himself? I sure as he'll dont. I'm glad that dumb shit is dead. His death amuses me.

Praise Jesus, that Boy is a Saint.

Let's get the Pope on this, STAT.

They did. 2nd stop was for leg cuffs.

Just no seat belt. Minor policy violation. They wont be charged. Board up windows and hide the women and children.

Thats true. And they violated a minor policy of seat belt use.

But they committed no crime. And will not be charged.

Freddie Gray hurt himself. A fellow prisoner even said so.

A fellow prisoner that admitted he could not see anything. I find it to be more plausible, that Freddie was so injured, he couldn't hold himself up and the slightest bump thrashed him around.

First off the other prisoner was an ear witness, not an eye witness as the two were separated by a solid partition. We do know the van stopped three times because officers allegedly attempted to restrain Gray in the back of the van. We also know during the last stop Gray requested medical treatment, for whatever reason this was not given.
To orogenicman, when someone in custody hurts themselves or others (happens very frequently) the police can't always stop it in time, their actions or lack thereof determines culpability as to the responsibility while in custody.
There are still many questions to be answered including is the other prisoner telling the truth, we don't know yet.

Or, the police offered the perp a sweetheart deal and a couple of further get out of jail free cards to purjor himself. That's the problem when you are dealing with criminals.

Wow, you have quite the skill there. Why don't you use it to pick the winning Powerball numbers?

He was a saint!!

Origins: On 12 April 2015, a 25-year-old man named Freddie Gray sustained grave injuries (from which he subsequently died) while in police custody in Baltimore. Although details about Gray's arrest, custody, and death are still unclear, some aspects of the case have come to light.

On 27 April 2015, the web site Heavy published an article that included Gray's arrest record, as follows:

March 20, 2015: Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
March 13, 2015: Malicious destruction of property, second-degree assault
January 20, 2015: Fourth-degree burglary, trespassing
January 14, 2015: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute
December 31, 2014: Possession of narcotics with intent to distribute
December 14, 2014: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance
August 31, 2014: Illegal gambling, trespassing
January 25, 2014: Possession of marijuana
September 28, 2013: Distribution of narcotics, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance, second-degree assault, second-degree escape
April 13, 2012: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance, violation of probation
July 16, 2008: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute
March 28, 2008: Unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance
March 14, 2008: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to manufacture and distribute
February 11, 2008: Unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance
August 29, 2007: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, violation of probation
August 28, 2007: Possession of marijuana
August 23, 2007: False statement to a peace officer, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance
July 16, 2007: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance (2 counts)

Although many other publications have presented the above-displayed arrest record as revelatory information, Freddie Gray's rap sheet has in fact been frequently discussed by the mainstream media.

For example, CNN obtained court documents showing more than 20 criminal court cases in Maryland against Gray; the Baltimore Sun combed through Gray's arrest record and determined that most of his arrests were for possession of or intent to sell marijuana; and the Associated Press concluded that Gray had been "in and out of prison for several drug convictions in Baltimore" since 2008.

Freddie Gray's rap sheet is also a matter of public record and is available via the Maryland Department of Justice web site.

It should also be noted that the above-displayed list shows Freddie Gray's arrest record and not his conviction record:

Court records indicate that Gray's arrests were mostly for drug charges and minor crimes, and sometimes were not prosecuted. He had several cases scheduled for trial in the coming months. One case, involving charges for second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property, was scheduled for a June trial.

He also faced drug charges that were scheduled for trial in April and May. He has been found guilty of drug charges in the past; his sentences were unclear from court records.

Freddie Gray's arrest record included charges of second-degree assault, distribution of marijuana, and illegal gambling. While many of the charges levied against Gray have already seen their day in court, the final item on Gray's record, a possession charge from March 2015, was "abated by death."

Which is why we ALL need to wait until all the facts are in. If the cops killed him they need to be prosecuted.

Meanwhile, if you need new shoes......feel free to loot.

So he broke his own spine? Yeah, okay....
