In hindsight, the Liberal/Democrat/Bolsheviks should have known something was up when the lead Evangelicals were on T. V. some months ago...supporting Trump and saying under questioning as to his moral character:

We ain't looking for a preacher.

After eight years of a Liar...a very good one, mind you...but also a prolific one; a Marxist; a probable Muslim; and a for sure Pussy in form of Barack Obama...the Evangelicals were not particular...God Bless them for that.

I think that was the first turning point.

And then, late in the race, Trump went up to Michigan...to Flint, which Democrats have controlled uninterruptedly for many years....and he said:

"They used to make cars in Flint, and you couldn't drink the water in Mexico;

And now they make cars in Mexico, and you can't drink the water in Flint."

That got him the rust belt.

I am just an amateur political scientist. A Jeffersonian. I really keep up with it all because I have kids, and I am worried about their future as the threat of pure Socialism grows in America along with the debt that is building to 20 trillion...much of which is used to turn Voters into Socialists.

Can we have a genuine mature discussion about what things you think caused this really remarkable event...the election of this peculiar man...to come to pass?

And to keep it mature, we ought to try Ignore all the "The Russians Did It" Whines that any veteran of this board knows are inevitable..

Simple. The promise of "America First" drove the election. The weariness of being turned by the Democrats into a secondary mundane nation in order to further the cause of globalism, at our expense.
