It was written that way by design. Yes, illegals will be covered and we've already heard a few on the left defend that by saying we will pay for them anyway, so might as well sign them up for Obamacare.

The health care law is meant to be a complete disaster. The left wants another crisis to use to their advantage. In this case, it's to claim single payer is the only answer. By shoving this Obamacare through, they have promised their dependents another big freebie, so they must hand them a freebie one way or the other. Right now, many should prepare for a shock. Those who are working and thinking another gift from Obama is on the way are going to have a crude awakening when they find out what they will have to pay for health insurance.

Anyone who defends Obamacare and chooses to ignore the fact that the president and congress are exempt are the biggest hypocrites ever. Either that or they are the biggest idiots ever. Yea, right, Obamacare is so good, Obama refuses to participate. It's the 'do as I say, not as I do" crap that we get from most dictators.

This is what the left will do. Throw a left (that's an example - we all know the left are "pacifists") and when that one misses, then throw the right.

Now, I'm not saying that this was the plan all along (C'Mon! The idiot Pelosi being THAT smart? No way!) but since the current bill is a complete disaster, why not just "morph" it into the communist, single payer plan?

Sure it is, that is why the Dems were so desperate to pass it despite dismal support from the people and no support from the Republicans. That is why they refuse to repeal the piece of shit legislation, which has often been touted as Obama's crowning achievement. That is why they continue to run ads trying to convince people that it's good, though not quite good enough for Obama and the people who passed it.

The Dems passed this shell bill with no votes from the House.

Obama lied about many things as he, personally, pushed for this legislation. The left attacked viciously when Obama was rightfully called a liar for saying illegals would not be covered. They will be. Obama is a liar. He is also a liar for saying it was/wasn't a tax. He tells people it's not a tax while, at the same time, claiming to SCOTUS that it is a tax. And he expects both to believe his contradictory statements without question.

He lied about it bringing down costs. He lied about people being able to keep what they have.

Now, apparently the new talking point on the left is that this huge mess belongs to the Republicans.

So, the Dems don't want anything to do with the bill now. People are going to be furious when they see the effects it will have and they are already looking for a way to blame someone other than the idiots who put together and passed this piece of shit. Well, it won't work.

Dems own Obamacare and kicking the can down the road one year for the big 1% companies won't do the trick. Nothing will be fixed by then. Obama just wants to hold back on the shock till after the elections.

For you to claim that the Dems have so staunchly supported a Republican idea is completely ridiculous. The Dems have desperately lied and did everything in their power to illegally pass Obamacare. They did it because they want more power over our lives. And since the very law that gave them that power now threatens to take their power, they delayed it a year in hopes that they can get re-elected before people realized how badly the Dems have screwed us over.
