What are some good B'day gift ideas for people you work with?

I used to take my coworker friends out for a beer on their birthdays.

I'll sometimes take them flying......

Here's a pic of the friend I was talking about earlier. It's the first time she's ever been in a small plane. She was super excited about flying it. lol
