A human being is not a fertilized egg, anymore than a Chicken's fertilized egg is a Chicken. Try making chicken Pot Pie or Fried Chicken dishes with eggs.

A fetus? Does it have a brain developed enough to qualify as a human being or even a citizen of the US if the carrier/mother is on US soil?
