1 - JOBS FOR YOUTH. The measure would provide $1.5 billion in the next two years to provide jobs for Americans between the ages of 16 and 24.
2 - Special designations for one of a State's primary occupations.
3 - Allow an unelected office holder to override and negate parts of a signed law based upon their opinions.
4 - Special tax loopholes for a Major Tourist destination
5 - Allows those who have broken the laws to go unpunished and actually get preferential treatment over those who have not.
