What kind of President would allow 9.1% inflation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did.

The nation was poised for a balanced budget. Deficits had been shrinking for years, according to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Between 1992 and 1996, they fell at an annual average rate of 24 percent each year.
You said, "Not true".

Your link says:

There is no question that Kasich was a key player in the writing and passage of that law.

The former president also handed President Biden 7.0% unemployment.
The former President brought that number down from 14.7 percent over the previous 6 months. The current President is already talking about spending more debt in the face of a recession and increased dependency on foreign oil.

So Reagan was handed Carter’s failure. The first year was rough but he fixed it.

Bidumb is the Carter failure. He inherited an economy he couldn’t possibly fuck up. Yet he did.

Only an idiot would make this comparison.
The economy has been on fire! That's causing a good portion of our inflation.... We are spending like there is no tomorrow, in the economy, with supply chain issues still not up to it....the fed is trying to slow down the economy and ultimately inflation, with higher interest rates, but so far....it's not working, we are still buying and spending our money.....even with higher prices????

I think we were cooped up so long with COVID rules and closures, that we just can't slow down our buying and spending.... it's become a form of therapy!

Your link also says Clinton submitted a balanced budget which would pay off the debt in five years.

So Toddsterpatriot's claim that it was all Republicans doing is false.

Republicans want to spend us into a depression. But only when they have a republican in the white house. And when you bring up fiscal conservatism, something Trump was NOT, they throw rocks at you.

Yep. They whined and whined for TEN YEARS about Obama's spending. Whined well into Trump's term.

And then when I showed the whiners that Trump was outspending Obama, I was met with stone cold silence.

Hypocrites. I'm fucking sick of 'em.

Where is your evidence BBB would cost trillions?

The Build Back Better Bill is a bill introduced in the 117th Congress to fulfill aspects of President Joe Biden's Build Back Better Plan. It was spun off from the American Jobs Plan, alongside the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, as a $3.5 trillion Democratic reconciliation package that included provisions related to climate change and social policy. Following negotiations, the price was lowered to approximately $2.2 trillion. The bill was passed 220–213 by the House of Representatives on November 19, 2021.

If the Dems said it would cost $3.5 trillion, we all know it will end up costing much more.

When? Was it after Republicans controlled the House and Senate? LOL!

Do you make up everything to suit your narrative or just to toot your own horn?

Obama was and still is a disaster, a Socialist, Racist POS, the Fakedemic was the bulk of Trump’s spending in ‘20. Obama was and still is a colossal disaster for Americans, now if you’re a Progressive / Socialist, you believe he hung the moon…
Hypocrites. I'm fucking sick of 'em.
The feelings mutual…
