Well it depends who you are

If you are an illegal, nothing will happen other than maybe the state giving you a new car to drive via taxpayer funds.

If you are a law abiding citizen, I imagine fines and maybe jail time

If you are Trump., you get the death sentence in New York City, even if the violation was in South Dakota.

Well since his bond is now revoked I am guessing he will do more days waiting to do it in person than he ever would have gotten doing it by zoom.

LOL, I like this judge. Had this been a white liberal judge they would have asked the guy some stupid questions followed by a light lecture and then give the guy a pass.

Not much penalty in CA. I was Suspended. Yet, drove every day of it, little choice to work. Stopped the last two weeks, I said "oh?, I thought it ended?" Allowed to drive off to work with promise to appear. By that time suspension did end. I told the judge not suspended...case dismissed.
