When exactly does the Democrats' socialism kick in?

Those aren't achievements. Those are just more worthless handouts. Our govt is against the populace and antithetical to the US constitution.
Investments arent handouts. Infrastructure is a capital investment. Manufacturing is a capital investment. They have returns. The rescue bill returned record economic growth.

The right wing lemmings for decades have campaigned on the theme that democrats want to usher in socialism. Well, when? After 8 years of Clinton, 8 years of Obama, 4 years of Biden, when does the socialism kick in and what does it look like specifically when it comes to programs?

Biden's largest achievements are:
  • Infrastructure Bill not socialism and disproportionately benefited rural America
  • CHIPS Bill not socialism and is supporting capitalist growth of manufacturing
  • PACT act - veteran healthcare is caring for vets socialism?
  • American Rescue Plan - not socialism and saved the capital markets and the small business engine of America setting it up to be the healthiest in the world
Not exactly the socialist list of dream policies. Even Obama's Affordable Care Act which pools risk is wildly popular in America and used in Red States to a higher degree than Blue States. In fact only one congressman proposed ending it in the last midterm elections. The rest of Republicans have moved on.

When will I see the socialism?

it returned record economic growth, that economic growth was just inflation....which resulted in record numbers of Americans worse off.

So now we are 3 pages in with dozens of replies and zero examples of the Democrats march to socialism. I am starting to really be concerned that the socialism fear may not be genuine. Is it possible the right is just making shit up? That would be.. uNuSuaL.

Two things genious:
1. GDP is inflation adjusted.
2. How did it drive inflation in Germany, England, Italy, Spain, Greece, Norway, Finland, Belgium.....etc? You get the point. There was world wide inflation and the US had nearly the lowest inflation rate of any first world nation.

The President is the leader of the free world, his and Harris policies impact the entire globe

High inflation made finances worse for 65% of Americans last year

Record numbers of people are worse off, a recipe for political discontent: POLL

US labor market losing steam as unemployment rate climbs to 4.1%

This is the legacy of Harris and Xiden....you can try and put lipstick on that all you want, but it's still a hog.

This is socialism....

That isnt socialism, that is capitalism. One food truck owner is losing out to other food truck owners because she either 1) isnt efficient or 2) isnt meeting a consumer demand. Pure capitalism. The fact she thinks other owners are getting zero equity loans is bullshit. No one is handing out money to buy food trucks. Woman's an actor, idiot, or liar.

No, the rescue did none of that. It created more inflation. My oh my, it's amazing that so many have become so conditioned to free trinkets that they can't even recognize what's happening.

Did we provide handouts to the entire world that drove inflation? No. Inflation had 2 main causes:

1. Supply disruption
2. Corporate profit taking during the disruption

There was almost no inflation from increased demand.

Supply disruption had very little to do with inflation. Corporate profit?! Lol. That had nothing to do with inflation. What causes inflation is govt creating more bubbles and flushing the populace with money.

I would add … dumping 7 trillion into the economy (done by both Trump and Biden)

That cash infusion was what the Fed was considering when they said that inflation would be transitory. They had no way of knowing there would be supply chain interruptions on the scale we had.

They also (stupidly) did not take into account the corporate profit taking that occurred.

Anyone with a brain could figure that corporations that took a hit during Covid would try to recoup their losses and then some at the first opportunity.

Sorry pal. That isnt true and it still doesnt enumerate any policies of socialism,.. you know.. the actual topic. If you want to argue inflation start a thread after reading this:

Inflation is off topic but the cash infusion replaced lost demand. There was virtually no added demand to the market. Here is a nice summary on food inflation if you want to start a thread on it.

Proilly tomorrow ... Not to be conflated with the Nobel
Prize american writer William Faulkner and
his Nobel Prize Speech,Stockholm { 1950 }
" I decline to accept the end of man. "
Faulkner's - Tomorrow - short story.
Used by dynamic Actor Robert Duvall { still with us
in his 90's } with a somber yet realistic portrayal of
a lonely backwoods farmer with a deep-voiced accent.

Socialism has and shall remain a device used by future
Tyrants { Think Harris V.P. choice } udderwise known as
Minnesota Governor who by all accounts via conservative
Minnesotan residents did display exactly that.
Bullied his way around as Governor. As if ushering around
use of a Covid Snitch line.Demanding his full support
of inhumane Child Sex { Transgender surgery } w/o even
Parental authority.

Were you unaware that your low-IQ bosslady Kamala just proposed federal food price fixing?
