He established 12 points of the 14 points of the Fascist doctrine. And he tried to establish #13 and 14 and failed. Luckily, we have two ruling documents that finally stopped him, the Constitution of the United States (SCOTUS) and the Uniform Code of Military Justice (The Joint Chiefs of Staff).
It could have just as easily been a strongman coming from the left that could have brought in the Socialist doctrine just as easily. But it would have ended up with the same results due to those two documents.

Hitler did use industry. But in 1933, Industry used Hitler. They both benefited and grew stronger and richer and more powerful. That is how Fascism works.
