No.... But I do try to be reasonable with the rent. The city has raised the property taxes 3 times in 6 years..but I'm still good. Once in a while I'll get a trashed apartment....usually about 10k to redo. Other than that it's tolerable.I can only imagine. I would suspect in today's market you do not have any issues with them sitting empty very long

I was a tenant once....I remember.That is good to hear, we need more reasonable landlords.
The fall in stocks? Never in the history of the DOW has the market tanked over 1000 points. I guess that Camel Toe can be the first to accomplish this right?
