Disclosure of all sealed records as to the nature of the sealed record, when and where that action took place and the nature of the event which was sealed. The address of all places the person seeking a gun has lived and a list of all foreign travel. All of which to be provided under oath and penalty of perjury.

Any omission of material facts would be flagged in a national data base and make any sale, loan or other method of providing a gun to said individual a felony.

Think about the national cost for medical care, autopsies, investigations, incarcerations, trials, probation reports, attorney fees, prison commitments and appeals, not just for mass murders but for all shootings not cleared as justifiable.
