First of all, many of us are Anti-Abortion, NOT Pro-Life. There’s a major difference.
Secondly, these detainees aren’t human beings. Since they’re not Americans they are sub-human animals. It’s basic animal husbandry to not allow an unknown flock/herd/etc... breed in an uncontrolled manner.

The first thing the Founding Fathers addressed when they created the Bill of Rights was "freedom of religion. Catholics didn't try to burn down cities, all they wanted to do was follow their beliefs until the government forced a Catholic religious order that ran a school to provide birth control programs for their employees. It was a simple Constitutional issue and Catholics won the decision. Blaming them for hysterectomies in detention centers is a form of bigotry.
