Is this the hill you're going to die on? They weren't card carrying members of some hate group. It doesn't mean these weren't acts of domestic terrorism. The recent jihardist terrorist attacks were carried out by people who were "inspired by ISIS", but weren't members of any formal terrorist groups, but you didn't have any trouble labelling those attacks "Muslim terrorism".
