Between Trump & Hillary, IQ had nothing to do w/ it as long as there's an "R" behind their name! It's been going downhill ever since "W!" It's gotten worse each election cycle w/ cons. candidates finally threatening our very democracy! It hasn't seemed to affect a segment of our populous which makes me cringe!
