Do they have the "right answer"? Of course they do ... it isn't a question of content, it's a question of implementation. They were premature in trying to use reconciliation as a tool to repeal Obamacare. They were attempting to give political cover to Democrats, as well as Republicans.

Now, they need to put the whole program together - put it out there - watch the people love it -- and Democrats scream and yell, all the while knowing that they will have to support it or never get elected again.
