The US population is about 330m, so adding up the populations of these EU countries who are most like the US, [GER, ITA, SPA, FRA, SWI, UK] you get about 330m people. If you add their number of cases they are roughly equal to the US, so tell me again how you want socialized "single payer" healthcare like the EU. The number of cases depends on how people stay home, the US, considering spring break, and Mardi Gras, don't shelter in place very well so we have more cases, not Trump's fault.
