Check out this video which includes Hillary advocating increasing H1-B visas. Already 7 out of 10 H1-Bs go to outsourcing American jobs? And 4 out of 5 are entry level jobs, not highly skilled jobs.

If the Democratic Party is for the working American, then why do they favor Hillary who would export more jobs and allow more foreign workers to come in and take American jobs?

Those college degrees won't mean shit if American companies can find enough cheap labor from abroad to fill up those 'expensive' jobs.

I know two STEM graduates from May of 2013 who took two years to find work despite having graduated with top grades and honors.

Right now half of STEM American graduates cannot find work when the graduate college.

And 75% of entry level STEM jobs are take by foreign guest workers.

Hillary and all the Democraps look at them as future voters.

Why does Cruz and rubio?

I have seen no evidence that Cruz supports increasing the H1-B, and Rubio does because he is a corporate whore.

Cruz: 'Proud to Defend' Trump, Expand H-1B Visas For 'Educated,' 'Talented' Job Creators - Breitbart
Texas Senator and Republican presidential candidate
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) declared “I am proud to defend Donald Trump” and promoted his “legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas if there are people who are educated and talented and creating jobs” on Tuesday’s “Laura Ingraham Show.”

Cruz said, “we should improve and streamline legal immigration.” He also discussed H-1B visas arguing that in the status quo, “every year US colleges and universities educate tens of thousands of foreign students who are getting masters and PhDs in engineering and math and computer science, and we’re sending them back to their countries. And as a result, they’re going back to their countries, they’re starting businesses there. They’re creating jobs there, and their companies are competing with us and taking jobs away from us. I don’t think that makes any sense. So, I’ve introduced legislation to increase the number of H-1B visas

lol, let me guess, what is your conservative candidates comprehensive educational plan, so the "brightest minds" come from America, and not overseas where upper education is free? Now if you guessed no plan you win a Frisbee & a whirly jig.

That is not what I said, idiot. I asked for a link and did not deny it existed. I simply have seen no evidence for such an assertion and note that you have failed to provide any such evidence.

Cruz and Trump are talking about a very specific set of foreign students who graduate here in the US and then get sent home, when they would like to stay here, start businesses and become citizens. Cruz is mistaken if he thinks that the H1-B visa would allow these people to stay long term, as many of them apply for citizenship but most fail to get it.

This is not nearly the same thing as what is currently happening with the H1-B abuse that is being used to REPLACE American workers. These current H1-Bs are not starting jobs and are not highly skilled.

Let the local communities run their own school systems and get Washington out of the mix. That would be huge all by itself.

My personal experience as a parent with kids in public schools, private religious schools and home schooling is that home schooling is the best way to educate children and a close second are the private schools.

BULLSHIT!

I have long been a supporter of bringing in high-skilled workers because I think that benefits economic growth.

You need a set standard of education, states cannot do that.

As to private education I have no complaint. The problem America is having is American students cannot compete with free education of foreigners who can come here and take the jobs. They won't saddle themselves into debt under the capitalist system. Socialism is going to be needed to make American students competitive to foreign students.

Any Socialism in this Government will learn just why the 2d Amendment is so special to us Patriots.

States did a much better job before the feds stuck their noses into everything.

We do not need to remove control of education from local school districts.

Cruz voted for the tpa in a thread below this one and he has said that he wanted 500% more h1b's.
His comment on the 500% more H1-Bs was a poison pill to kill the bill.

The TPA was so he would have a stronger Republican President in 2017, and I wonder if maybe he had himself in mind?
