Why Drop Sanctions on OVD?

For some reason the GOP has decided that OVD is no longer deserving of sanctions. Has Deripaska changed his ways?

Is he longer as Kremlin stooge?

The House asked Mnuchin why he recommended that sanctions on this ONE oligarch and Mnuchin had no answers.

Why do you suppose that happened?
