If you look, you'll notice that Muslim states like Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and (mostly Muslim) Lebanon have taken in millions.

The Gulf States have not, and that's bad, but it's not a condemnation of Muslim states at all, it's a reflection of the Gulf States and how they don't recognize refugees.
