Ever consider the possibility that is where the best doctor is for his surgery? There are lots of Americans who travel to foreign countries for health care.

to replace a heart valve? it doesn't get more basic than this does it?

and yea, my brother went to mexico to get some surgery done not because the doctors were better but because it was all he could afford.
