There is absolutely no evidence that the CIA can present that the Russians hacked into voting machines. If there is then they MUST present this to the people. But they can't do this without lying.

The fact is that Trump could easily have both Clinton and Obumma arrested on his first day in office and Obumma knows this and is scared shitless

The FBI handles things that happen IN America, and the CIA handles things OUTSIDE America. The FBI said there was no evidence that our voting machines were hacked.

The CIA is saying that Russia used the stuff they hacked from the DNC to INFLUENCE the election by releasing stuff that looked bad for Hillary.

Nobody is saying that the voting machines were hacked.

The dirty little secret is that you can find "evidence" of a freaking dozen smart skilled and talented foreign (and domestic) hackers trying to penetrate the U.S. security system and the FBI and the CIA and the Democrat and Republican party and the NSA every freaking day. Generally the hacking isn't a serious threat but here's the deal, if the CIA wants to blur the line between "attempted" and "successful" hacking and and engage in a little light treason and turn a normal investigation into a political crisis at the request of the administration and the media is willing to run with it, the issue automatically turns into a political issue.

I know what the law says, but the fact is that the CIA does whatever it wants, wherever it wants.

Then, if you understand the law, then you understand why the FBI said no machines were hacked. They take care of stuff IN America.

And, you would also understand why the CIA said it was Russia that hacked the DNC and used the information by leaking it to the public and influencing how the public viewed Hillary.

The CIA takes care of stuff in America too, the FBI prosecutes legally, again the CIA does whatever it wants wherever it wants, you need to grow up.

Furthermore the information that was leaked to Wiki came mostly from a combination of the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA who has every email that Clinton ever sent from any email address ever. While the Russians and Chinese among others all have intelligence gathering ability, they do not give a flying fuck who the US President is, as they are economic and military enemies no matter what the Presidents name is.
