Will the criminal trial verdict regarding attempts to overthrow Geogia's 2020 elections be determined prior to the 2024 elections?

I'm supposing the DA has already begun finding a replacing SADA, (i.e. Special Assistant District Attorney)?

The DA's office can and will immediately provide the replacing SADA with complete up-to-date data regarding this case?

The DA's well motivated to break her budget and provide her SADA with sufficient legal-aides to bring and keep everyone fully and currently informed?

By Tuesday or Wednesday won't the new SADA be on the case and it will be fully adjudicated?

Will the jury's verdict be too late, or will it be determined prior to the Republican National Convention or prior to the general election? Respectfully, Supposn

How do you adjudicate based on lies? If Fani steps down, how can her replacement be brought up to speed by a known liar and perjurer? This case has been irreversibly poisoned by Fani. It was a weak case to begin with but at this point, it's obvious that to continue would just be a waste of time and money, which is something conservatives knew all along. The "smell of mendacity" Is upon the prosecution and all the Lume in the world won't cover it up. MAGA

There is no proof there was an “attempt to overthrow the Georgia election.” There was an attempt to make sure that the votes for Trump were counted.

Also, Fulton County is about 50/50 split between black and white. Thus, the jury cannot be allowed to be all-black pro-Democrats, as the grand jury was (there might have been one white). It’s a little ironic to try someone for trying to overturn the election when the prosecutor is a liar, lacks integrity, and is stacking the deck with Trump-hating jurors.

GA is still dragging Court cases out to look at unfolded Ballots or No Signature review (148K Fulton County). Apparently nothing ever gets finished in GA. Delay delay delay.//

You seem to assuming that there needs to be a new person hired. The prosecution of the RICO case in GA isn't a one man show, there was/is a team of prosecutors.

With Judge McAfee * * not * * removing the current DA's office from the case, one of the existing prosecutors will likely assume the lead.

Now whether the case will be heard before the election so that people can make an informed decision about FPOTUS#45 attempts to interfere with the election results form GA? Who knows.

This CASE is an attempt to interfere with the election!

And no way can Fani win. The entire country has seen that she is a nasty, arrogant, unethical woman who lacks integrity. Even the judge had in his ruling how poor her judgement is. And yet, this is the woman who has determined this is a RICO case? What a joke.

Hey, she used RICO against schoolteachers. The "enterprise" was the school, I kid you not.

She's also using it against a rapper who calls himself "Young Thug". I think that trial is underway now. She's using song lyrics as "evidence" in that case, lol.

RICO is an extremely low bar for charging someone. It's literally a "guilt by association" law.

Seemed like a good idea when it was the mob that was the target. But like all laws, once the power is given, it will eventually be abused. It's not a question of if, it's just a question of when...

What…so now juries have to be racially balanced in a case that has nothing to do race because…what, Black jurors can’t be expected to be expected to have integrity?

Oh stop it with your constant accusations about racism. It’s meaningless at this point.

You just made something that had nothing to do with race ABOUT race.
When there’s a grand jury composed of 11 blacks and 1 white, it’s the racist DA who made it about race. How come if it were 11 whites and 1 black, libs would be complaining about how blacks were excluded, and you’d support that?

If it is, it will be the fastest RICO prosecution in history.

The Atlanta schools test-cheating case took over two years to wrap up. The YSL case is two years old and just getting to trial now.

Jury selection in the teacher's case took 6 weeks, in the YSL case it took 10 months.

The Trump indictment was filed August 14, 2023. This judge has shown he will not be rushed, and he already said Fani's timeframe was completely unrealistic. Assuming it makes it all the way to trial, sometime around the fall of 2025 would be the 2-year mark.
