Glad those don't happen in the Trump Administration.

Hey, let's join the EPA and get a 58 thousand dollar "raise". Not to mention a 43 thousand dollar phone.
Or the Treasury. We could get military planes to take us on vacation.
Or how about HUD? Imagine a 31 thousand dollar breakfast table.
I know. Let's go play golf. At the rate we could spend money playing golf, we could rack up a half billion in just a few years.

It's far easier to avoid accountability when you have a sympathetic media controlling the flow of information. Hence..Obama and Clinton escape justice (for now).
