The DA is a drooling 'tard.
The solution is simple, and it's his job. Convict and lock up people who commit crimes. They can't victimize people when locked up.This guy deserves a medal. He is actually thinking and looking for solutions. This is hard to do for retarded right wingers.
The defense has to PROVE that. It isn't assumed. And people ruled not guilty due to mental defect, get sent to mental institutions for indeterminate sentences which are usually longer than the jail tern they would have served. They don't get a free pass back onto the street to commit more crimes.Wrong.....again.
(1) No person is criminally responsible for an act committed or an omission made while suffering from a mental disorder that rendered the person incapable of appreciating the nature and quality of the act or omission or of knowing that it was wrong.
Stores exist to make a profit. Selling things to people is how they generate that profit. Remove the profit and the stores close.To sell things to people. Happens all the time.
Not when they can't make a profit. Why do you think the few stores in bad neighborhoods charge sky-high prices?other stores will open to take their place.
He can try explain that to the people who will be losing that Walgreens.Ok, *sigh* Come on now libs...This kind of thing can't be acceptable to you?
The consquence for this behavior is going to result in closing stores in "underserved communities" and less choice for those people...But, for this DA to basically blame the store for what this criminal is doing is beyond the pale....What an asshole...
You fix nothing with theft you screaming dork-tard.No. I'm serious. We need people that have brains instead of people stuck in the stone age. The system is fucked up and someone needs to fix it.
It will eventually fix itself....people like the shoplifter being discussed will face certain death at the hands of super predators who will be the next tier of players to enter the game. Eventually no one will investigate such deaths....that may be the case even now. First though the retail outlets will simply vanish.When you put idiots in charge, you shouldn't be surprised that idiotic judgements are rendered, The solution is simple. Purge Democrats.
He doesn't care two shits about what will be the decision of the businesses in that hood....And those destroying their community right now will be screaming that the system is racist because businesses won't set up in their neighborhoods, when they are the ones that drove them away....He can try explain that to the people who will be losing that Walgreens.

These DAs responsible for releasing violent criminals like the terrorist who drove through the parade shod be held accountable.
If they chose to release some thug who then goes out and kills someone should be charged with facilitating the crime, as an accomplice. In this specific case the DA should be charged with 6 counts of murder as well.
That’s just wrong. We see it all the time, especially in domestic violence situations. The Victim doesn’t want to press charges, and the DA goes forward with charges….this is no different. This is domestic violence on the community.{...this DA to basically blame the store for what this criminal is doing is beyond the pale. ...}
Wrong.
What he said was correct, that the store was at fault for refusing to press charges the time before.
Without the store pressing charges, the DA has to let him go, to do it again.
There is nothing the DA can do if stores refuse to press charges.
