Even though Democrats have done and tried a number of things to try achieving one party rule for themselves, they have not been as successful as they had hoped, mostly thanks to both Manchin and Sinema and a handful of other lesser knowns. But, they have made some advances and they have tried like hell in any ways they could to try making themselves the only viable party and vanquishing the Republican party to irrelevant status using democracy as their tool.

But, since Democrats have not achieved their main goal, would they accept Republicans being the victors of one party rule, even if Republicans achieved it through the very same democratic processes Democrats have tried and failed at? Would Democrats and other on the left accept "Democracy"?

Republicans have a clear advantage with the Supreme Court already, which means they might back Republican election laws and redistricting. Republicans are favored to take back the House after the midterms, meaning they will be the ones who could abuse their power in any way that would be to their political advantage, such as investigations and impeachments. They could also pass any laws they saw fit. It's very possible that after the midterms they could also take back the Senate, and extremely possible that they could take back the Senate in 2024. Whenever they take back the Senate they could eliminate the filibuster for everything for their political advantage. Now, let's just say for the sake of argument, that not only did these things happen but that they also take the White House back in 2024. Nice time to make sure the filibuster is gone, add more seats to the Supreme Court, add red states to the Union, and pass election integrity laws. All of this would be done using democracy, just as democrats have tried to do and failed at.

So, again, would Democrats and other on the left accept "Democracy"?

It's only "Democracy" when it favors their party. Then it becomes "fascism" when the Democrats lose power.
