WTF is Going on With Rachel "Blinky" Maddow's Face

Dude, do all transgender qu33rs like Rachel "Blinky" Maddow contort their face in all kinds of bizarre ways? It talks to the right side, its eyeballs often go far right, but sometimes left when it thinks it is on a roll. When it thinks it got a "gotcha" on a republican its eyes squint closed like it is LOLing, which I guess gives the heavily made up eyelids a rest from all that blinking. Its eyebrows form an isosceles triangle after it asks a rhetorical question of its typical, racist douchebag MSNBC nerd. There is more. Any experts on facial expressions out there have an analysis?
