If they violate a person's civil rights, they should be arrested and punished to the fullest extent of the law. Why would anyone want to ask a convicted murderer anything anyway? I hear cops are quite popular in prison. but prone to accidents. He was accidentally stabbed last year by an inmate who really didn't seem to care how well he could breathe.
